The most upsetting thing is that at the checkout, I received a call at 11:15 from the receptionist (9-Jan) asking to free the room. I was already prepared with my luggage, but it was really impolite.
I didn't check the time of check-out, so I thought it was at 11:00 and I was sure to have just 15 minutes of delay, instead the checkout time was at 10:30am, so I accumulated a delay of 45min.
Anyway, this is the first time in 25 years of travel that I receive a phone call from the receptionist saying literally "You need to free the room".
I believe another approach would be "Sir, do you need additional time?" ... and I want also to add that it was Sunday morning, and I didn't have the feeling that the hotel was super crowded.
Really an unprofessional way of working. As said, this is the first time that happened to me in 25 years of travelling.
Hotel Enzo Porto Recanati has a quite good service, nice, but not excellent, the location , in porto recanati is near the centre and you can reach every point in the city in few minutes.
great little hotel conveniently placed in this small town, service very friendly and welcoming, stand on the balcony and watch the town stole by...... i will be back
